Background

During my study of Dutch language and literature at the Leiden University in the Netherlands, the love for writing started. After working at various communication agencies, I started as an independant writer/translator in 1996. From then on it became more and more obvious that my interest and talent were in the field of technical communication. For the simple reason that I like to make something complicated clear to others, whether it is about developing a text yourself or translating it.

I am a member of:
STIC - Dutch studygroup for technical information and communication
VZV - Dutch association that protects the interests of independant translators
