Documentation plan

When you launch a complex or comprehensive product, it is not always obvious which documentation has to be developed for whom. Then, making a documentation plan is recommended.

In the documentation plan, I will answer the following questions together with you and your employees:
- Who needs documentation?
- Which information require the target groups?
- What type of documentation is adequate?
- What is the structure and general content per documentation product?
- Which people and tools are necessary?
- Which other requirements and conditions are important?

With a solid documentation plan you are better equipped to develop coherent documentation that will provide a positive contribution to the image of your new product and your company. In addition, the plan provides a basis for developing documentation which as a result can be done more efficiently and more structured. And, your documentation can be managed more easily.
