Technical Communication

To make something complicated clear; that is what I like to do and at which I am good. That's why developing technical documentation is my main activity: writing instructive and informative documentation for every group of people that may need assistance during the use of appliances, machines, systems and software, and during other practical tasks.

Off course I write correct and understandable documentation. But technical documentation must meet more requirements, for example:
- Content and style must match the goals of the documentation and the level of the readers.
- Terminology must be understandable and consistent.
- Contribution from different sources must form a unit.
- Content must comply with requirements of law and legislation.

Examples of technical documentation I have developed are manuals, instructions, online help, procedure handbooks, product descriptions and course material. But also less obvious examples, such as web pages, forms and product brochures.
